In addition to a check, the nice folks from Athens Music Teachers Association gave me a Godiva Dark Chocolate Bar as a thank-you for my judging efforts on Saturday. I saved it for today, knowing how much it would mean at the end of my very first writing session for National Novel Writing Month. Am I glad I did; it was the perfect reward for 1678 words written. I limited myself to just one square; a little Godiva goes a long way!
